# Refund Policy — Warden CI

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans (Pro, Team, and Enterprise) and
supplements our [Terms of Service](/terms).

## 1. Merchant of Record

All payments for Warden CI are processed by Gumroad.com, acting as Merchant of
Record. Refunds are issued through Gumroad in accordance with
[Gumroad's Buyer Terms](https://gumroad.com/terms).

## 2. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of starting a paid plan,
contact us at the email below and we'll issue a full refund via Gumroad, no
questions asked.

## 3. After the first 14 days

Refunds for partial billing periods after the initial 14 days are considered
on a case-by-case basis. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but
does not itself refund the current billing period — you retain access to paid
features until the end of the period you already paid for.

## 4. How to request a refund

Email us at wabitafese9@gmail.com with the GitHub account or organization
name on the subscription. We'll process eligible refunds through Gumroad,
typically within a few business days.
